我很愛吃腐皮,以前自己做豆漿時,就會等在爐前撈腐皮,滴幾滴醬油,對著豆漿大快朵頤。後來,買了乾腐皮,我會找個大玻璃碗,一次泡一整包腐皮,那兩天就變著花樣吃腐皮,炒的煨的燉的都好吃。日前看到大陸網友吃麻辣鍋時涮腐皮,一時饞蟲上身,當下泡了一缸腐皮,隔天開吃過足了癮頭。

做法很簡單,腐皮先泡至半軟,撈起後,取適量放入鍋裡,加點雞高湯,開中至小火煮到軟溜溜,加入麻辣湯,用雞高湯或清水調整鹹度,煨煮到入味即可。
左下角是醃 Sweety Drop 甜椒,又稱印加紅淚珠甜椒(Inca red drop),是祕魯亞馬遜雨林的甜椒品種,通常以罐裝的形式販售。皮比櫻桃番茄厚,帶甜味。

黃豆是阿嬤,豆漿是媽媽,腐皮是大姐,豆花是二姐,豆腐是老三。
